Insurance telephone system not working

I have tried to get in touch with an agent to lodge a claim as my borehole pump is not working and someone need to come to assess it and I have no knowledge of that at all. It is Urgent as we cannot go without water. I was holding on from 08h00 till 08h35 while the recording says I am to hold one minute then an agent will help. 35minutes holding on is rediculios Can someone please urgently call me
