I lodged a claim but I was never given any feedback, only to receive a call from a bank contractor to come to my house, when I checked with the back they kept on saying that the claim had not improved. this was all efforts to deny me the opportunity to elect cash settlement to supplement the cash and redo the damages. The complaint department also showed lack of ethics as they are trying to protect their own and force the contractor on me as the cost has been incurred.
