Insurance Policy Cancellation

On the 22nd September 2021, i requested cancellation of my vaf TOP-UP INSURANCE TM*** . I RECEIVED THE CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION on the 23rd.

However a month later i am still charged and paying a premium for a cancelled policy.
