INSURANCE PACK STILL NOT RECEIVED SINCE NOV 2015

<p>I took out VAF insurance with Standard bank in November 2015. I received both email and mailed copies of my insurance but did not receive any of my insurance stickers for towing. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have called Standard Bank several times over the past few months requesting the stickers and was told that they would be posted but due to the delays at the post office it may take a while. I received my mail with just the insurance policy and no stickers. I requested that they be delivered to my place of work and handed to me personally which was not done. When I called again I was told that the request for delivery at my workplace was not loaded on the system which means - consultant failed to do their job. 2 weeks later and I still have not received my stickers. </p> <p> </p> <p>If anything were to happen to myself and vehicle I wouldn't know who to call to tow it away. I am paying my premiums I have been more than patient. May kindly receive some customer service?</p>
