Insurance not paying out

looking at all the reviews I feel this is a waste of time, I truly believe standard bank does not care, it feels like I'm running around in circles with zero assistance from May to current I'm waiting to be paid out, sending emails and phone calls to no avail. I work everyday, why do I have to stress about a simple payout and shorten my life on this nonsense.
