Insurance not coming to the party on watch ****** by their contractors

Last year I reported my missing watch after contractors appointed worked at my place. to this day I have not had anything from Standard Bank insurance though I have sent all the required information and documents. Case numbercase number 464/1/2023 and affidavit were submitted. A Mahommed.S.Khan Executive and Social Media Moderat, *** and John Seshibe who is 'supposed to be my bank manager but has become my nightmare' - *** have left me hanging and not resolving the matter. Due to this matter am considering moving my home loan an d insurance to another institution.
