INSURANCE - NO INSURANCE!! - just deducting payments
I do not even want to give one star - they are a bunch of *****s - every time it rains - they send a assessor out, because we have damages because of the rain - 1100 mm rain and wind - so they decide that the damage is wear and tear - we send proof of fixing every thing - with invoices include - still rejection because of wear and tear - what is wear and tear on a ****ing corrugated roof. but they do take my money for the roof - they are shameless

15 Apr 2025, 12:18as if this is going to help - we have been trying to resolve this with photos and invoices - all proof that we upkeep the roof to the best of our ability - still it is wear and tear - I do not want to pay for cover for our roof for when it is raining - because apparently 1100.. of rain and wind is wear and tear !!! *****
