Insurance money

Standard bank is pathetic. Its been almost a year since my mother passed on. Still no pay out there is always a new stories. A lady by the name Yumah is the assessor and she is the *****. My mother took a life cover with R200 000.00. My sister and I are the beneficiaries. She passed on the 1August2020 to date no payment has been made. They said it takes 3 to 6months to pay out but still nothing. The bank is a **** they are good are deducting money from ppl but, come pay back time they make excuses. Pls ppl don't use this banks products its a ****. They rob ppl daylight. I need your help pls
