Insurance Department just doesn't care - Makes too much money already I am sure...

So it's been more than a week now where I asked for Standard Bank Insurance department to call me. a Lead was taken. Till this day no one called.

What is going on Standard Bank? Are you part of a competition to see what bank can provide the WORST customer service??
