Insurance debit order

Good Morning .I'm so disappointed that I am being told that my insurance is in arrears . I phoned in after being put on hold for 30 the lady answered and I advised her of the message . She assured me that they will debit my account will all amount that is in arrears . Yesterday I received the message to say I'm in arears .Please rectify
