Insurance complaint

I am sad to say that despite lodging my initial hello peter complaint I have had no success. I have had little to no feedback and was only told my claim had been declined. I have had to make numerous calls and follow ups for 3 months but to no avail. An apology for the bad service yet it continued anyway. If this is how you treat loyal long serving customers then I will be moving my bond to a bank that values their customers and have pride in the service they provide
