Insurance Claims Intolerable service Once again

<p>Waiting on a Report from assessor for more than a week without any feedback.</p> <p>I have to call the assessor myself countless times to get the insurance to give me feedback which i have not even received.</p> <p>Why should one have to run after a service you are paying for !</p>
