Insurance Claiming... an expensive nightmare!!!!

<p>I've been calling Standard Bank insurance claims department for 5 days since the 28th of November every 2 hours and holding for over 1 hour with no answer. Pathetic does not begin to describe Standard Bank's service, my car was towed on the 25th it's not the 2nd of December and no one has followed up to complete my claim. I've spent over R800 calling their call center for nothing. I want my car released from the towing yard so I can fix the tyre and drive it if I have to wait for a month for my claim to be logged.</p>
