Insurance claim still not resolved and NO feedback

Good day My father in law claimed against his current insurance with reference number 17/086503. To date, the service and feedback received is absolutely terrible and no damage fixed!! He is 74 years old, and cannot hold on the lines for 24 min as I just did with no one answering the phones. Your premiums collections should be as "sufficient" as your call answering services! Pathetic. Trust me - then Standard Bank Insurance Brokers would be out of business. Call me immediately on this number - ********** 017. I want this matter sorted TODAY.
