Insurance claim not resolved (after +- 30days)

We submitted a claim for lighting damage to our alarm system, security cameras, lights and motorised gate motors(2). They promised to send someone to come and inspect the gate motors but up intill today nobody inspected it to determine the damage.

The alarm and security camera power pack was fixed as we cannot go without these systems for insurance purposes.

Could we please get any help in this regard
