Insurance Claim Nightmare!

When calling the Standard Bank Claims line I get directed to log a call via email or online. I have been logging calls since 18 June 2020. On email I just get an automatic response that directs me to online claims. When I try to claim online I get an error message! I have called the ***number numerous time and just wasted my airtime holding and never getting through. This is appalling service to say the least, but i am expected to honour my monthly insurance payments!!
