Insurance claim HLB/2025/404994

This is my second review; till now I have not received any feedback from Std Bank Insurance. The managers have promised to call me back on several occasions, and it has been over 2 weeks, and it is nowhere to be seen. This is beyond pathetic. If you value your sanity please stay away from Std Bank insurance
