INSURANCE CLAIM FOR CCTV CAMERAS

I am very disappointed in Standard Bank Insurance. Lodged a claim and the companies were sent to my house for assessment. I had to hear from one of the companies on Monday, 8 August 2022 that my claim was rejected but in the meantime I spoke to Standard Bank on Monday, 8 August 2002 and I was promised that they would get back to me today, 10 August and no one called me back yet.
