Insurance claim dispute

<p>Again problem with insurance claim. Claim nr hlc16/003194. We had the same pathetic service one year ago. After numerous phone calls, still no feedback. Everytime when I speak to a call centre consultant they send it through to management and that is where it stops. ABSOLUTE NO FEEDBACK!!</p> <p> </p> <p>We pay our monthly premium, and everytine there is a claim we encounter poor service.
