Insurance claim

My personal building is insured with Standard bank. I have a claim, I put in more than a week ago till now no ken can assist me or help me with regards to my claim I got the different contractor out to come assess the damages and send quotations and standard bank insurance turns around and tells me the claim is too high I sister even know what to answer that agent with after that response. I just asked her if she can than send someone out to assess and repair all the damages. And she hasn't gotten back to em till now I called in again the next agent gives me a different story and says how there's no one available to assist me. I'm really post for words with this horrible service and TAT
