Insurance claim

I claimed for my stove, camera and gate motor, they replaced the cameras and the stove. They repaired the gate motor. After a month the stove was broken and the gate motor gave problems, I asked why can't they replace the motor no answer. I got someone to fix it again, but then I realized it's not my fault they should have replaced the gate motor. I called them they send out the accessor he said the gate motor is old. They rejected my claim, I lodge a dispute it's been 3 months waiting for them, the raining season is with us. STANDARD BANK
