Insurance claim

Filed claim for leaking geyser, was denied .I was told it's electrical geyser connected to solar panels. Which I did not do, the solar panels are not even working. I bought the house like this, no help from standard bank, they are still investigating, will apparently take up to 8 days .I filed Monday. My personal contract person from standard bank never once contacted me. 2 plumbers were sent, 1 at said he can't fix it's electrical, 2 Nd one can't fix as bank denied due to abovementioned reason
