Insurance Claim

Hi i would like to raise my frustration and disappointment with Standard bank insurance. is almost 4 months and they are not helping me even after sending numerous emails and their reasons for not paying my claim is not clear. More over that my appointment plumber got a different problem than their appointmented plumber. They violated my rights. Please help me *** is my number
