Insurance ***

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Refer to the claim number above. I logged a claim on the 5 September for my car that was involved in an accident. The insurance appointed an investigator and I provided all the information required from me. Until now the claim is not finalised and I feel I am not treated fairly. I paid insurance in order to be assisted in times of inconvenience, I didn’t know I was going to struggle to get that done. I’m told that my claim is lying with you.
