Insurance claim

I claimed for my wall which cracked after the heavy storms a week or two ago, you are aware the rain we had the past week to two weeks ago, you have rejected my claim saying it's mantainance issue, Why did it crack only after the storm? You don't want to pay since it's a big area?

You are also using service providers that don't even have websites or can be traced and you use them to decline our claim.

We've been paying this since 2012 this insurance if you are unable to pay my claim please refund the years I've been paying you,
