Insurance Claim

My geaser had to be replaced which was done. The sub contractors had to move the geaser to a different place for compliance. They had to break my build in cupboards in my kitchen and make a whole in my wall to move the geaser to its new location. It is now day 4 that I live with this hole in my wall. Cats from outside walks right into my kitchen through this hole. The hole is huge. My 6 year old grandchild fits in this hole. I've been spending money on airtime to call the insurance department with no success. I went to standard bank branch in canal walk to use their telephone to call the insurance department. I was on the phone for an hour holding for an agent to help me. I had to drop the call in the end as my lunch break was finished. I am escalating this to the ombudsman. Standard bank is the worse and most pathetic insurance company I've ever had to deal with.
