Insurance claim

<p>We submitted a claim after the large thunder storm on the 14th Novemebr 2016.</p> <p>The assessor has come out to look at the property and we are still waiting for feedback.</p> <p>We call everyday to try and follow up. The excuse we get is that the assessors report has not been loaded onto the system yet. this get done in the Durban head office and we cannot get anymore info.</p> <p>Call centre has sent numerous requests and nothing has transpired.</p>
