Insurance claim

<p>Am so dissapointed by standard bank insurance, In March 2016 there was a huge storm that distroyed my property, my wall and lapa were affected. I called standard bank and they gave me a claim number and my claim was classified as a natural dissaster, i had to rebuild my wall and lapa from my own pocket because they were taking long to come and assess the damage and for security reasons that wall had to be up, i have submitted all the documents and pictures that have been requested from me. To date i havent received any help from them, everytime i enquire am told to re- email the documents so that they can scan them, i have called to request for a meeting with the managers but been told same story to email the documents. Four people have confirmed receiving the documents but nothing has been done. Am just worried about how many people that are going through what am going through and how many people are still going to be trapped by their promises.</p>
