Insurance changed my personal details without receiving instructions

Due to a recent alteration I need to increase the Sum Insured. A few years ago the Title Deed was transferred into my name & it was a total nightmare to get them to transfer the policy from a home loan to my private capacity. It was absolute insanity but eventually after escalating to the highest level this was done. Lo and behold when looking at the policy received dated 13Apr18, my personal details have changed. I want the documentation where I instructed them to change any of my personal details to be forwarded to me within the next 24 hours. No excuses will be accepted. Fortunately for me I had to refer to this policy now otherwise I would not have known about the changes and apparently this could be deliberate to not pay out a claim should there be one because the details are incorrect. This is against the POPi Act. This conduct is downright ********* and unprofessional.
