Insurance cancelation

Newley obtain bond account with standard bank I have been requested for the insurance to be canceled as I have received a cheaper quote from the 4th Jan 2023 till to date nobody is helping me I have sent emails no joy whatsoever, I'm currently paying for two insurance companies sent emails called in many time I'm sick and tired I need a call urgently and full refund for both months .This is ridiculous
