Insurance by standard bank

I am still waiting for a supervisor to call me. I am still waiting for them to Listen to the recorded call. My claim is closed because I used a qualified company from my area and not theirs which is about 150 km away from me. Its my policy I pay for it. Be warned people they should not be able to take your money and also dictate to you who they use. Almost changing over after 23 years of my hard earned money they took I could have had a lot of money to do any repair on my own even freed my bond .
