Insurance and life cover

I have two complaints, first one, I contacted Std Bank because there is water coming through our ceiling and damaging the roof they put a claim in and told me the builder will come and assess, that was 3 weeks ago, i still haven't heard from anyone. Secondly, I tried to get a quote for life cover with Std Bank and these were the 3 options that i got: 1. disability but only injury; 2. life cover ONLY non natural; 3. salary protection -INJURY only.

Please can someone explain to me how on earth can you give a person these 3 options how can you even offer someone life cover but only non natural, so if i die from a natural thing they wont pay, and disability only for injury. No Std Bank this is absolutely disgusting to even offer people this.

I have my bank account with you guys for 16 years and my homeloan through you. I am disgusted in your insurance and life cover options.
