Disgusting service from standard bank insurance. I took SIL out when I got my bond threw standard bank and they have dismissed two claims of mine on “maintenance “ issues which with the severe storm damage and HOLES in my roof after the storm , clearly is NOT a maintenance issue. The second one Iv been told is not covered by my insurance and was pretty much also water damage from storm and it’s under the same insurance Disappointed and No one gets hold of you unless you phone in , wait 40min-1hour to be told we’ll get hold of you again and nothing.
