Excellent service from Ngcombela Phumi, I am very proud of this young lady, she is very prompt and reliable, She is a hard working somebody who is always patient to help her customers, when I got an accident dis February 2021 i was so frustrated I even forgot some of the thing she was telling me but she kept on explaining same thing time and again until I could understand the criteria to follow to make a claim, she could even remind via my emails and let me that as soon I am ready to do the claim I should her..... Immediately when I call her last week Friday they told me that the claim was closed but they would ask her to me.... Guess what she called me immediately and told that she re opened my claim can we continue...... So i do not have words to thank ? her, She is one of the Sales lady you have ever have..... Keep it up dear❤️??? the future is waiting for someone like you.... ??❤️
