Good day, Can you possibly assist me with claim at standardbank, my house was flooded on 18/02/2023, their assessor Yusuf visited my property on 9/03/2023, he ask if we can also give quotes for the damages, we provide him with our quotes on 13/03/2023. On the 22/03/2023 Yusuf still waiting for standard banks evaluation of the assurance, I mailed the evaluation to him because he struggled to get it from standard bank, on the 29th march Yusuf called me and said he gave claim over on 27th march to management for approval or something, everyday that I contacted standarbank they tell me the same story that claim is with management and I must wait 24 to 48 hours, don’t know what to do to get positive reply from the bank, we must get our home livable again. Or must I give it time till tomorrow.
