My name is Keo****tse Moalusi I have been with the Stansure Insurance for +- 7years with no claim in the period of cover. The unfortunate happened to me and I was involved in a car accident on the 28th Feb 22 and unfortunately my car was a write off. I have been assigned a person by the name of Siboniso Dlamini to assist with my claim. I provided all necessary documents that he required for the claim to be processed, to this day I'm still not assisted. I mail/call daily to follow up on my claim but my efforts are in vain as the person assigned to my case is not bothered to even acknowledge receipt of my mail. Each day when I call to follow up, I get to speak to a different person who advises that they will follow up with Siboniso and yet nothing happens.

Im deeply disappointed of the treatment i have received from the insurance as a loyal client.
