Insurance *******

Standard bank insurance increased the value of my house from 1.5 million to 8 million .Trippled my premium from R520 to R1911.After I contacted them they send someone to re-value my property.The new valuation was 1.9 million and the new premium R740.22 but they refuse to refund the amount they overcharged me for 8 months. The only response was that the underwriters says they can not approve the refund but no explanation was given.Nasiphi Dlongwa promised me om 28 May they would get back to me but has since ignored my emails and she has no telephone number i can call .She is totally unprofessional. I have no canceled my policy with Standard bank insurance and moved to Outsurance because I refuse to do business with such unprofessional people.
