No Problems with SBIB or their system and costs BUT their staff will not respond to numerous emails to get clarity on a dispute. They ignore me and I want then to refer the matter to the OMBUDSMAN but they simply refuse to interact with me about dispute resolutions. Emails were sent to various people in SBIB and I find it unnerving that corporates in this country do not reply. Extremely unprofessional.
