Insurance

Storm damaged my roof. They sent out a Roof guy who did a 2 minute assessment. Waited 2 months for reply. Never got one a few more storms came suffered more damage. Ceilings got damaged. Called standard bank insurance again. They claimed that my roof is damaged from ware and tare. I was shocked that a 2 minute assessment could determine such. From November to now no response waiting for someone to re look at the photos I sent them of a perfect Roof that their Assessor could not solve. Eventually I had the whole Roof and ceilings done and spent almost 80 k and still waiting for standard bank insurance to look at my claim . I am still a client and have been for the the past 25 years
