Inhumane and shocking poor service of flood damage victim

I was impacted by the Durban Floods in April at my home. Retaining walls collapsed and a tree fell onto my roof. Water and mud flowed throughout my house into every room. Even my driveway is wrecked with gaping holes and the water supply line burst. I have had to do the emergency clean up myself, I begged the assessors to come to my home and my claim is still not yet filed and approved. I would still not have water if I hadn’t called in plumbers to replace the line. The communication has been non-existent, I call and waiting for hours at a time to fish for updates. This is shocking service and inhumane treatment. A business that doesn’t care about it’s clients in time of desperate need!
