Individual Property and Company property insurance detail incorrect

During the 14th of November, I contacted Standardbank Insurance regarding my insurance, which I believed was not my insurance documentation since both of the insurance documents were in an individual's name. The fact that I own one property in my personal name and one in the name of a company. As for the second property, that is also in a person's name and not in a company's name, the physical address is also not the same as the property that I own. My first request to them is that they provide me with the stand numbers of the properties that are listed on the insurance policy that they send me, so I can identify the properties that they insure are mine. The information I requested still has not been sent to me. In addition, I also asked them to send me the details of the property owned in my company, and I still have not received this information yet. As it turns out, I have the ability to open the property document that isn't my policy as the address on the insurance is incorrect and not in the companies name with my ID number, which means I can access another person personal insurance documents with my ID. Throughout my experience with Standardbank, I have found that they do not perform well when it comes to client service. Despite my repeated requests to the insurance department, I have not even heard back from them. As far as the policy information goes, if my house burns down and all of the information about my property about it is inaccurate, such as my address, value, etc., then who is going to be held liable for rebuilding my home if the insurance company cannot even get the address correct when it comes to their policy information. Second, I wanted to find out the value of my company's property in order to determine the amount of insurance we have for it. It also seems that Standardbank has never even sent me an insurance policy for my company's property since the day it has been purchases. So what is the FICA that the bank do if they cannot even get the address or email address correct for a client and their assets.
