Increased Premium without disclosing increases Sum Insured on notice. Survey already complete before it lands in clients mail box ?

Standard Bank Insurance sends a letter to inform customers of increased premium. The letter speaks to generic reasons for increased premium yet the letter records nothing about increase in Sum Insured which increases by more than inflation.

When asked to submit Survey after interaction with Standard Bank Insurance I am unable to rate the services as the Survey has been completed. The question has been asked before - if I dis not complete the survey then who did. Does Standard Bank Insurance complete the survey on their side so not to get adverse ratings ?
