Incorrect information on my statement

Last year in November I took up car insurance with Standard Bank I was referred by a friend, the lady assisted me I told her I'm married since 2017, I'm staying in Peddie gave her the address, but to my surprise the letters that was sent to me addressed as miss matsolo and it has my previous home address, I don't have any letter that is addressed with my married surname or the location that I'm currently staying in now and my fear is that was if something happens to the car will my claim be rejected. On top of that the address on the letters it's my home address I no longer stay there since 2017. Can I get urgent assistance with this matter.
