Inconvenient, inappropriate and unprofessional service

Almost a month now since I've made a claim when I call from the branches they tell me the assessor has finalised everything and it's confirmed, they'd get back to me this is so unprofessional of them poor service I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else they so inconvenient and inappropriate.. I'm really not impressed with their services..
