Inconsequent.
These people have different morning and evening stories. They keep you on a line for a month and after laying a complaint on hellopeter they tell the swimming pool service provider the claim has been approved. Then the service provider make arrangements and order stock. A days before the arranged date of repairs Standard bank send a sms that the repairs have been completed although it have not.
On the day of the arranged repairs Standard bank inform the service provider that the claim has been settled with us in cash. That is the first word of it as we have not received any settlement nor payment.
After contacting standard bank they tell us the claim has been rejected because of the report by the loss adjuster that claim there were no storm damage.
Now Standard bank please tell us now. How can you be so decision less. in a matter of a few hours it has gone from approved, to settled in cash to rejected.
Further on the claim was glass window damaged. Now tell me who goes and break their own windows and swimming pool pipes and filter.
You guys must wake up.
That guy Ayanda must get some red bull so he can start to think and wake up. You are quick to get your premiums but when it comes to claims. You listen to an paluka in a smart Audi.
You caused me a huge loss now.
I have to replace 12000L of water because you are asleep.
Beside the cost of the water I have to pay for repairs on the filtration system now.
If you guys have just done your job this could have been done a long time ago.
But instead you tell the assesor is on his way. Meantime he is on leave.
