I wish there was an option to give minus stars. I have been paying this insurance for 22 years with barely a claim. Then came the floods last year. Up to now still fighting tooth and nail. They try every way possible to claim my driveway was damaged so only patching, nevermind how it would look. My toolshed is built on foundation, according to their rules. No its paving , not paying out. My daughters fishtank burst over the laminated floors, not paying out, the fishtank is not built in. What am i actually paying for? Trust has been totally breeched between myself and this so called insurer. Stay away please. Useless is a word that applies here
