<p>I have had a policy with SBIB for years. In November 2013 when I increased my overdraft I was asked if I would like to change my policy on my cheque account (overdraft) and RCP to include retrenchment. I said yes. Due to unforeseen circumstances I now need to claim as I have been retrenched. Turns out there is no loaded cover on the RCP. My overdraft is R6000 and I received a whole R782 for THREE months towards it. If i require a further three months I have to send off an affidavit. What a ****** ripoff!!! I would like a copy of my signed contact emailed to me for both accounts ASAP.</p>
