This is the utmost *********** service received ever.After being a client since 2019, this is a slap in the face. You can not even get a policy debit order correct. This is a disgrace. After numerous emails sent and STILL no response from anyone confirming cover. I've made a manual payment on the 20th of January as per your email, and guess what.... STILL a double debit order went off. If Standard bank can not even get a debit order correct, how can I trust them to be on my side when needed in the event of a claim. I went on holiday with the assurance that STD bank has got my back. In the mean time they are just kicking me in the back. Utmost disgusted with their level of incompetency Jolene
