I am utterly disgusted by Standard bank insurance & it’s vehicle insurance department I had cancelled my policy with a Thami Ndabambi on 13 August which was too late to stop payment from going off my account it took him more than an hour to furnish us with a cancellation letter mind you I’ve worked for a insurance company & know very well how long it takes to generate a cancellation letter!

He had advised that I send through a screenshot or bank statement once payment goes off so that he can assist with a refund within 48hrs, Monday at around 08:51 I sent through proof of debit it has been more than 48 hours however Thami has not confirmed if he has requested for the refund
