Since my car was written off October...till today I call everyday asking for proof of payment for the settlement made 11/12/17 no one can assist me. I wasted great amount of airtime already calling and getting transfered to all call centre consultants. This is the worst car insurance. Now I am getting interest on my car finance cause no settlement appear on their side
